Popular animation studio MAPPA just finished its 15th Anniversary livestream! Details about popular anime titles such as JUJUTSU KAISEN, Dorohedoro, and many more have been revealed, as well as new titles such as Fall in Love, You False Angels, Beat & Motion, and many more. JUJUTSU KAISEN Season 4 : The Culling Game Part 2 (Season 4)
A new teaser PV was released for the upcoming season 4 of popular anime JUJUTSU KAISEN. The next season is called the Culling Game Part 2, and adapt the second half of the Culling Game arc from Gege Akutami’s manga.
Takeru Sato, who was an episode director for both JUJUTSU KAISEN Season 3 and Chainsaw Man, will direct JUJUTSU KAISEN Season 4.
More details about the project will be announced during Juju Fes, which will take place on 29 and 30 August, 2026.
Attack on Titan
The opening sequence for the upcoming ATTACK ON TITAN 3 game will be animated by MAPPA. The game will be available on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2. More details will be unveiled later.
Fall in Love, You False Angels
A few days ago, it was announced that Coco Uzuki’s popular shojo manga Fall in Love, You False Angels will receive an anime adaptation in 2027. During the livestream, it was revealed that MAPPA will animate the show, and a short trailer was released.
The anime also announced its main staff, including director Yasutomo Okamoto (Pluto, Campfire Cooking in Another World), character designer Mariko Oka (Banana Fish, Yuri on Ice!), and script writer and series composer Yohei Yamazaki.

BEAT & MOTION
Naoki Fujita’s manga BEAT & MOTION is getting an original net anime adaptation by MAPPA in 2027. The series will stream exclusively on Netflix. A new trailer and key visual for the anime were revealed. The manga won the Grand Prize of Shueisha's new manga artist discovery competition MILLION TAG.
The anime has also revealed its two main cast members:

JIMOTO SAIKO!
usagi’s action comedy manga JIMOTO SAIKO! (My Hometown is the Best!) is also getting an anime adaptation by MAPPA in 2027. The series will also stream exclusively on Netflix.
The anime has also revealed a new theme song ‘milk’ performed by aiko.

Dorohedoro Season 3
The third season of Dorohedoro was announced a few weeks ago, right after season 2 ended. The MAPPA livestream revealed a brand new teaser trailer for the upcoming season, which has gotten fans hyped! The anime is based on Q Hayashida’s manga.
Ranma ½ Season 3
A new trailer has been released for the third season of the popular new anime adaptation of Ranma ½. The series is set to premiere in October 2026, and will stream exclusively on Netflix.
Previously it was revealed that Konosuke Uda will continue to direct the series at MAPPA, with Kimiko Ueno handling series composition. Hiromi Taniguchi designs the characters and is also the chief animation director alongside Yoshiko Saito, Kosuke Kawamura, Riko Kaneda, and Haruki Miura. Kaoru Wada composes the music, while Chihiro Okawa is the art director.
Chainsaw Man Season 2 – Assassins Arc
A brand new trailer for the Chainsaw Man Season 2 has been revealed, which is set to adapt the Assassins arc of Tatsuki Fujimoto’s manga.
