MAPPA unveiled the staff working behind the anime adaptation of Coco Uzuki’s “Fall in Love, You False Angels”, while also unveiling a teaser visual and trailer for the title.

What is Fall in Love, You False Angels about?
The upcoming anime is based on Coco Uzuki’s manga, which began publishing in Kodansha’s Dessert magazine in April 2023. The series won the 49th Kodansha Manga Award in 2025 in the shōjo category. Kodansha publishes the series in English in print, while KManga serialises it digitally. Kodansha describes the story as such:

One look from the school’s “heartthrob angel” is all it takes to sweep countless admirers off their feet. But the real Otogi Katsura is no angel: She’s calculating, ruthless, and sharp-tongued.
