Takeru Hokazono’s breakout manga “Kagurabachi” entered a hiatus in June 2026. It has been announced that the series will come back on 27 July, 2026, in the 35th issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine. The series took a break due to the author’s health issues.

When is the Kagurabachi manga coming back?
The 125th chapter of the manga was published on 21 June, 2026 (22 June in Japan). According to the post from the series’s official X (formerly Twitter) account, the manga’s 126th chapter will be published on Monday, 27 July, 2026 in Japan (Sunday, 26 June globally).
The new chapter will be featured in the 35th issue of the Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine. International fans will be able to read the new chapter on the MANGA Plus and Viz Media digital platforms.
What is Kagurabachi about?
Kagurabachi began publishing in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine in September 2023. It has also been announced that the popular shōnen manga is getting an anime adaptation by Cypic in April 2027. Crunchyroll will stream the anime as it airs.
