The popular anime One Piece, based on Eiichiro Oda’s manga, has just announced that beloved voice actor Kenjiro Tsuda will be joining its cast once again! The official One Piece YouTube channel and X (formerly Twitter) account both revealed the news. It came with a short video, featuring Shanks’ voice actor Shūichi Ikeda and Shamrock’s voice actor Kenjiro Tsuda. The Elbaph Arc of One Piece is set to air in April 2026 after a three month hiatus starting in January 2026. But fans can hardly wait to hear their favourite voice actors play one of the major villains of the upcoming arc. The anime’s Egghead Arc’s episodes 1134 through 1143 will receive an English dub this November on Crunchyroll.

Previously, Kenjiro Tsuda had appeared in One Piece as Vinsmoke Yonji, and as Gordon in the One Piece Film: Red. However, Shamrock is a much more important character than both of them and will appear in the show for a longer time, which is exciting news for fans.

Kenjiro Tsuda, a veteran voice actor, is known for voicing beloved characters such as Nicholas Brown in GANGSTA, Atomic Samurai in One-Punch Man, Hannes in Attack on Titan, The Beholder in To Your Eternity, and Overhaul in My Hero Academia. He recently gained a surge in popularity for voicing the enigmatic Kento Nanami in the Jujutsu Kaisen anime.
