A manga adaptation by Haruka Chino launched on Shueisha’s Tonari no Young Jump website in August 2025. Shueisha describes the story as:

Agishima is home to a place known as the "Spirited Away Cove," and at the beginning of summer, Kazuki discovers a girl collapsed in the cove. When she regains consciousness in the hospital, she is named Nanao, 16 years old, and her identity is unknown. What does the word "1974" mean when Nanao mutters it in the cove? A touching story of boy meets girl!
