Cyberpunk: Edgerunners producer and writer Bartosz Sztybor is returning to work on the second series.
The trailer features 'You Can't Run From Me' an original song performed by Rico Nasty. It also includes Tsuneo Imahori's original score.
The new trailer focuses on the four main characters of the series Weak Kingsley, Talia Yang, Roman Carax, and D.
The second season will be a standalone story and span 10 episodes. The series premieres globally on Netflix in Fall 2026.
Kai Ikarashi is making his directorial debut with Cyberpunk: Edgerunners II at studio TRIGGER. Ichigo Kanno is designing the characters while Masahiko Otsuka is returning as the script writer. The staff describes the series as:

The Cyberpunk Edgerunners anime series is an ONA (Original Net Animation) set in the world of the Cyberpunk 2077 video game. The first season of the anime came out in 2022 and focused on the protagonist David Martinez. The second season, however, will follow an entirely new cast and story. The Night City lives on.
