When is the Black Clover manga ending?

As previously mentioned, the three final chapters of the manga (390, 391, 392) will be published together in the next issue of Shueisha’s Jump Giga magazine’s Spring edition. The issue will be out on 1 May, 2026.

What is Black Clover about?

Yuki Tabata launched the Black Clover manga in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine in February 2015. It was then moved to the quarterly Jump Giga magazine in December 2023. The chapters of the manga have been collected in 37 volumes so far. The manga entered its final arc back in 2022, and has been releasing chapters sparingly ever since.

Black Clover was also adapted in an anime by Pierrot in 2017. The 170-episode long series aired till 2021. A sequel season is set to be released in 2026, although the date hasn’t been confirmed.

Manga Plus and Viz Media release the manga chapters in English digitally. Viz Media also publishes the print version and describes the story as:

Young Asta was born with no magic ability in a world where magic is everything. In order to prove his strength and keep a promise with his friend, Asta dreams of becoming the greatest mage in the land, the Wizard King!
