A brand new trailer and key visual have been released for the upcoming yuri anime “I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day”, which revealed the series’s 7 July, 2026 premiere. The teaser also unveiled details about the opening and ending theme songs of the show, as well as new cast members.

The new trailer previews the anime’s opening theme song ‘Amore’ performed by ReoNa and the ending theme song ‘Éternel’ performed by sajou no hana.
Yasushi Tomoda is the director of the series at studio ROLL2. Takudai Kakuchi, who was previously listed as the director, is now mentioned as the creative advisor for the project. Kyoto Yufu is designing the characters, while Jukki Hanada handles series composition. Nao Enomoto is the assistant director. Infinite is producing the series with EVOLROAR on product support.

What is I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day about?
The anime is based on a manga series written and illustrated by Aono Nachi. It was serialized in Ichijinsha's Comic Yuri Hime magazine from August 2018 to December 2019. After that, it was moved to a digital serialisation on both PixivYurihime and Ichijin Plus websites. Kodansha USA publishes the manga in English in the US and describes the story as:
Death lurks behind a mysterious orphanage where children train to become magical weapons of war. Among them is Sheena, who longs to stop the fighting and end the conflict. On one gruesome night, Sheena meets a strange girl covered in blood, with a smile on her face. The mysterious girl turns out to be a secret weapon—an immortal child soldier named Mimi. When the two become roommates, there is growing tension and attraction. How will the peace-loving Sheena live with someone who welcomes death?
