A short teaser video celebrating the manga’s upcoming 10th anniversary has revealed that a movie project for the anime series is under production. No other details about the film has been announced yet.
The fourth season of the anime premiered in April 2026. The final episode of the second cour of the season came out on 26 September, 2026. The movie project was announced right after.
Ayaka Tsujihashi directed the anime at Bandai Namco Pictures with Makoto Moriwaki as the chief director. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu handled series composition while Yumiko Hara designed the characters. Akimitsu Honma was the music composer for the series.
What is Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun about?
The anime is based on Osamu Nishi’s manga series which began serialising Akita Shōten’s Weekly Shonen Champion in March 2017. The first season of the anime aired from October 2019 to March 2020, with the second season following from April to September 2021. The third season of the anime came out in October 2022 and ended in March 2023. The fourth season aired from April to September 2026.
