The upcoming fantasy anime series “The Villager of Level 999” has released a new trailer, confirming the show's 1 July, 2026 debut. Moreover, the official accounts of the series have also unveiled additional staff and the ending theme song of the series. Crunchyroll will stream the anime as it airs.

The new trailer unveils the ending theme song ‘HP’ performed by Yukimura. The opening theme song of the show is ‘Not A Hero’ performed by Nakuru Aitsuki and Itsuki Natsume.
Yoshinobu Kasai is directing the anime at Brains Base. Shinzo Fujita is handling series composition. Kentaro Matsumoto is designing the characters. Hiroshi Nakamura is composing the music.

What is The Villager of Level 999 about?
The anime is based on a light novel series written by Koneko Hoshitsuki and illustrated by Fuumi. It began publishing on the website Shōsetsuka ni Narō in 2015 and ended in 2018. Kadokawa’s Enterbrain published the novel in print format with illustrations from 2016 to 2019. Kadokawa also began publishing a manga adaptation illustrated by Kenichi Iwamoto in their Comp Ace magazine in 2017.
