Popular voice actor Shoya Chiba will star in the anime, and perform the image song ‘Luck Out’.
The upcoming anime adaptation of Fukufuku’s light novel series “The Strongest Man, Born from Misfortune” has revealed a new key visual and its 2027 premiere. Four new staff members have also been announced. Voice actor Shoya Chiba is set to star in the anime and also writes and performs the show’s image song ‘Luck Out’.

What do we know about The Strongest Man, Born from Misfortune anime so far?
Shigetaka Ikeda directs the anime at East Fish studio, with Aki Mizuki handling series composition and scripts. Yumiko Hara and Yuki Osada are designing the characters. The anime airs in 2027.
Shoya Chiba’s new song ‘Luck Out’ will be featured in the anime, and a part of it has already been teased. The voice actor will also star in the anime. No other cast details have been revealed so far.
What is The Strongest Man, Born from Misfortune about?
The original novel series written by Fukufuku began as a web novel in 2017 in the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website. In March 2022, Starts Publishing began releasing it in a novel format under its Grast Novels imprint with illustrations by Zun Nakabayashi. A manga adaptation by Nakabayashi began publishing on the Comic Grast website in October 2021.
