The series will premiere sometime in 2026.
Initially announced in 2025, the anime adaptation of Almond's Mujikaku Seijo wa Kyou mo Muishi ni Chikara wo Tare Nagasu: Imadai no Seijo wa Abe dewa Naku, Imouto no Watashi Datta Mitai desu (The Oblivious Saint Can't Contain Her Power: Forget My Sister! Turns Out I Was the Real Saint All Along!), or shortened to “The Oblivious Saint Can't Contain Her Power” has finally unveiled new details, including its main staff, opening theme, new visual, and a teaser promotional video. The series is set to premiere in 2026, although an exact date is yet to be confirmed.

The anime will be helmed by director Mitsutaka Noshitani at studios Magic Bus and Picante Circus. The rest of the staff are:

The anime is based on Almond’s light novel series of the same name which is illustrated by Yoshiro Ambe. A manga adaptation by Yona Etō is also being published. J-Novel Club publishes both the light novel and the manga in English, and describes the story as:
