The manga has finished adapting the 26th volume of the light novel series.
The final chapter of Hazumi Takeda’s manga adaptation of “The Irregular at Magic High School - Invasion Arc” was published in the September issue of Square Enix’s Monthly G Fantasy magazine, which came out on 18 August. The manga is adapted from the 26th volume of the The Irregular at Magic High School light novel series by Tsutomu Satō.

When is the next arc of The Irregular at Magic High School manga coming out?
The final chapter of the manga’s Invasion Arc came out on Tuesday, 18 September, 2026. Takeda will adapt the novel’s 31st volume next, which covers the Future Arc. The new manga adaptation will begin sometime in September.
Takeda began serialising the Invasion Arc in May 2025. The manga’s second compiled book volume was published on 26 March. The 26th volume of the novel was released in 2018, and it has been released in English by Yen Press, who describe the story as:
Parasites are taking over magicians left and right. Several of Lina’s infected teammates make an attempt on her life, but after the rebellion at the Stars’ headquarters, she successfully escapes. Thankfully, Tatsuya and Miyuki can give her refuge on Miyaki, an island controlled by the Yotsuba clan. However, Yen Press is yet to release the novel volume of the Future Arc (31st volume), which came out in Japan in 2020.
The original The Irregular at Magic High School novel series began serialising in 2008. The series ended with its 32nd volume in 2020. Yen Press has published 27 volumes of the novel series so far in English. Yen Press describes the story as:

The light novel was adapted into an anime adaptation by Madhouse in 2014. The second season by Eight Bit aired in 2020. The third season came out in 2024.
