Two new voice actors are joining the cast of the upcoming fantasy romcom.
Ahead of its July 2026 release, the fantasy romance anime series “The Duke's Son Claims He Won't Love Me Yet Showers Me with Adoration” has introduced two new characters and their voice actors. Unfortunately, the exact release date of the show still remains unknown.

The two new voice actors joining the cast are:
- Ryōhei Kimura as Aleksis Josef Ralt (the crown prince of Ralt Kingdom and Julius’ lord)
- Ryōta Suzuki as Jere Ekrous (an aide to Aleksis alongside Julius)

Hitoyuki Matsui directs the series at studios Zero-G and Glass. Kaoru Suzuki is planning the technical direction. Tomoko Konparu oversees series scripts, while Yūko Yahiro designs the characters. MICHIRU is composing the music, while Saber Links works on sound production.
What is The Duke's Son Claims He Won't Love Me Yet Showers Me with Adoration about?
The anime is based on the manga series written by Kei Misawa and illustrated by Natsu Mizuno. It began serialization under Flex Comix and BookLive's Comic Arc label and on Flex Comix's Comic Polaris service in February 2021. Manga Plaza releases the manga digitally in English, and describes the story as:
Tantalizing Love Romance by Complicated personality the duke's son positive personality lady.
Elsa, the daughter of a fallen aristocrat, receives news.
It was a marriage proposal from Julius, a very elite nobleman.
Elsa is wondering, “Why would such a distinguished man marry me”?
