The opening theme song of the anime is ‘Itsuka Chanto.’ (Sometime, Properly.) performed by Riria, while the ending theme song is ‘Saishūkai’ (Final Episode) performed by Sorato.

The anime is based on the manga series written by Kei Misawa and illustrated by Natsu Mizuno. It began serialization under Flex Comix and BookLive's Comic Arc label and on Flex Comix's Comic Polaris service in February 2021. Manga Plaza releases the manga digitally in English, and describes the story as:
Tantalizing Love Romance by Complicated personality the duke's son positive personality lady.
Elsa, the daughter of a fallen aristocrat, receives news.
It was a marriage proposal from Julius, a very elite nobleman.
Elsa is wondering, “Why would such a distinguished man marry me”?
But after the wedding, Julius, who had been kind and gentle up to that point, changed completely!
