Three new cast members have also been introduced.
In the latest update of the upcoming “The Classroom of a Black Cat and a Witch” anime, it was revealed that the series will debut on 12 April, 2026. It will run for two consecutive cours. The new trailer for the series also unveiled three new cast members.

Naoyuki Tatsuwa directs the anime at LIDEN FILMS, with Midori Gōto handling series composition. Takayuki Onoda designs the characters while Ryuta Iida composes the music.
The anime is based on Yōsuke Kaneda’s manga, which began serialising on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket site in March 2022. The English version of the manga is published digitally on Kodansha’s KManga website, which describes the story as:
