Publisher Shōnen Gahōsha has announced that Sho Kasugai’s manga “Millennium Family” (Odoru Sennen Kazoku) is getting an anime adaptation. The series is already in production, but the announcement didn’t disclose when it might be released.

What do we know about the Millennium Family anime so far?
The anime’s protagonist, Theo, will be voiced by Rikuya Yasuda. No other cast members have been announced yet.
Masato Jinbo directs and supervises the scripts of the Millennium Family anime at studio PartsCraft. Hiroshi Yoneda serves as the character designer and chief animation director.
The manga’s creator Sho Kasugai has drawn a commemorative illustration of the characters to celebrate the anime adaptation.
What is Millennium Family about?
The manga by Sho Kasugai began serialising in Shōnen Gahōsha's Young King OURs magazine in March 2021. The eighth compiled book volume of the series was released in October 2025. The ninth volume is set to ship on 30 July, 2026.
