The romcom light novel series “Shiotaiō no Satō-san ga Ore ni Dake Amai” is getting an anime adaptation! The announcement was made alongside an adorable trailer and key visual. Moreover, the main cast of the series has also been introduced.

The main cast of the anime includes:
- Hiiro Ishibashi as Sōta Oshio
- Miku Itō as Koharu Satō
Fumihiro Yoshimura directs the series at Tezuka Productions, with Takashi Aoshima handling series composition. Daisuke Okushima designs the characters and Shun Narita composes the music.
The Shiotaiō no Satō-san ga Ore ni Dake Amai (The Salt-God Satō-san Is Only Sweet To Me) anime is based on the light novel series written by Kazami Sawatari and illustrated by Achiki. It began serialising in the user generated website Shōsetsuka ni Narō in June 2019. In December of the same year, it was picked up for publication by Shogakukan under their Gagaga Bunko imprint. Twelve novel volumes and one short story volume have been published so far.
A manga adaptation illustrated by Kaya Tetsuyama has also been serialised on the MangaONE and Ura Sunday services since 2020.
