A brand new trailer for the upcoming season of the anime has been released.
Are you ready for the much awaited third season of Record of Ragnarok? The official website and social media accounts of the battle anime revealed that Record of Ragnarok III will premiere worldwide on Netflix on 10 December, 2025. A teaser trailer for the new season was released, previewing what’s to come.

The new trailer features the opening theme song ‘Dead or Alive’ by GLAY.
The newest addition to the cast is Shun Horie, who is voicing Michel de Nostredame.
Previously, The third season’s voice cast was revealed, which includes:
- Qin Shi Huang voiced by Kaito Ishikawa
- Hades voiced by Ryotaro Okiayu
- Nikola Tesla voiced by Makoto Furukawa
- Beelzebub voiced by Daisuke Namikawa
- King Leonidas voiced by Hiroshi Shirokuma
- Apollo voiced by Kenichi Suzumura
- Alvitr voiced by Shiori Mikami
- Göndul voiced by Misako Tomioka
- Geirölul voiced by Mai Toudoh
This update revealed that Shun Horie, who is known for voicing Kyotaro Ichikawa in The Dangers in My Heart, George Glooman in SPYxFAMILY, and Sariel in The Seven Deadly Sins, will be voicing a new character: Nostradamus.
Koichi Hatsumi directs this season at Yumeta Company x MARU Animation with Yasuyuki Muto penning the scripts. Youko Tanabe and Hisashi Kawashima are designing the characters. Yasuharu Takanashi returns from last season to compose the music.
The anime is based on the manga series written by Shinya Umemura and Takumi Fukui and illustrated by Azychika. Netflix streams the two previous seasons of the anime worldwide. The platform describes the upcoming third season as:
