Neoshoco’s beloved ghost hunting manga “Phantom Busters” is finally getting a simulpub release in English! Shonen Jump announced on 1 September that the title will join the simulpub lineup on 2 September, 2026. Moreover, six new chapters of the manga have already been added to the app.

When is the Phantom Busters manga coming to Shonen Jump?
Some chapters of the manga are already available to read on Shonen Jump and Viz Media. Since Viz Media distributes Shonen Jump titles in English, for most people, the title will be available on Viz Media. Straight A student Eugene Korekishi doesn’t believe in ghosts…but his classmate Mogari Shishikuno is an exorcist who chomps on them whole! Mogari can’t see ghosts on his own, so once he and Eugene meet someone with the sight, there’s only one path left—to form an exorcist club at school and have a great time doing it!
The manga by Neoshoco originally began publishing in Shueisha’s Jump Square magazine in August 2023. Seven volumes of the manga have been released so far, with the eighth coming out on 2 October, 2026. Viz Media publishes the manga volumes in English and have released four so far, with the fifth coming out on 6 October, 2026.
