In a reply to a fan’s X (formerly Twitter) post, mangaka Saisou confirmed that their manga “My Tiny Senpai” will end with its upcoming 14th volume in April of next year. The manga also has an anime adaptation which aired in July 2023.

When is the My Tiny Senpai manga ending?
Saisou’s reply to a fan’s post confirmed that the mangaka is working on the series with completion in mind for the next update. This means the manga will likely end with its 14th volume, which is set to be released in April 2027.
The manga began publishing in Takeshobo’s Storia Dash website in April 2020. It was transferred to the Takecomic website in October 2025. Takeshobo shipped the 13th volume of the manga on 16 September, 2026.
The manga received an anime adaptation by Project No. 9 in July 2023. Crunchyroll streams the series along with an English dub. A live-action TV drama adaptation of the series came out in March 2025.
J-Novel Club publisher Saisou’s manga volumes in English and describes the story as:
