A few weeks ago, it was announced that Kennoji and R_ringo’s manga series “My Sword Saint Master Is Too Cute to Live With!” (Dōkyo Shiteiru Kensei no Onna Shishō ga Kawaisugite Mainichi Shiawase Desu) is getting an anime adaptation. The latest update revealed the anime’s production staff alongside a new key visual. No release date has been confirmed for the series as of yet.

Masayoshi Nishida is directing the anime at studios Wolfsbane and Lightbox. Noriyoshi Sasaki serves as the technical director while Yōheii Kashi is writing the scripts. Ichirō Tanaka designs the anime’s characters, with Ayame Etō and Yusho Hayakawa as the sub-character designers. Hayakawa is also the series’ chief animation director. 12sound is composing the music for the show.

What is My Sword Saint Master Is Too Cute to Live With! about?
The original manga series was written by Kennoji and illustrated by R_ringo, and began publishing in March 2024 in Kadokawa's KadoComi website under Media Factory's Web Comic Apanta label. Two collected volumes of the manga have been shipped so far.
Seven Seas Entertainment will begin publishing the manga in June 2027 and describes the story as:
