A trailer and key visual for the anime’s upcoming video game adaptation have also been released.

The popular isekai fantasy anime “Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation” Season 3 announced its 5 July, 2026 premiere date during its AnimeJapan2026 stage. A new trailer for the third season focusing on Eris Boreas Greyrat training arc has also been released. Two new cast members for the upcoming sequel have been announced.

Moreover, the anime’s new video game adaptation also revealed a trailer and visual during the stage.

Who are the new cast members of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3?

The two new voice cast members announced for the upcoming season are:

  • Haruka Tomatsu as Nina Farion 
  • Tetsu Inada as Gal Farion

The main cast of the anime includes:

  • Yumi Uchiyama and Tomokazu Sugita as Rudeus Greyrat
  • Ai Kakuma as Eris Boreas Greyrat
  • Konomi Kohara as Roxy Migurdia
  • Ai Kayano as Sylphiette

Who are the staff of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3?

As per the new trailer, the opening theme song of the third season will be ‘Ketsui no Uta’ performed by Yuiko Ohara. 

Ryosuke Shibuya will continue to direct the third season of the anime at Studio Bind. Shibuya will also handle series composition alongside Naoto Taniuchi. Sanae Shimada and Ryota Furukawa are designing the characters, while Yoshiaki Fujisawa composes the music.

What is Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation about?

As the new trailer and teaser show, the third season of the anime will mostly be focused on the training arc of Rudeus’s cousin Eris Boreas Greyrat. She will return as a central character and we will watch her grow throughout the season. 

The Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation anime is based on the popular light novel series written by Rifujin na Magonote and later illustrated by Shirotaka. The series began publishing on the Shōsetsuka Ni Narō website in 2012, and was later published as books in 2013 under Media Factory’s MF Books imprint. A manga adaptation by Yuka Fujikawa also started in 2014 in the Monthly Comic Flapper magazine. The first season of the anime aired in 2021, with the second following in 2024. 

Crunchyroll currently streams both seasons of the anime and will also stream the third season as it airs. Crunchyroll describes the show’s premise as:

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation gets new game adaptation

 A trailer and visual for the upcoming video game, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation – Chronicle of Echoes, was released at AnimeJapan. ASOBIMO develops the game, and it will be free-to-play with in-app purchases. Pre-registration for the game will begin on 28 March, 2026 on the App Store, Google Play, and DMM GAMES in Japan.
