The new Gundam anime will land next year.
The official website of the upcoming Mobile Suit Gundam: RG XARX-ZERO anime has confirmed a broadcast window of April 2027. The anime will be aired on television, although streaming details are yet to be confirmed.
The anime will be directed by Kenji Kamiyama, who is known for Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, and Star Wars: Visions' “The Ninth Jedi”.

What do we know about Mobile Suit Gundam: RG XARX-ZERO so far?
Voice actor Takeo Otsuka is voicing the anime’s protagonist Ray Azumi. The protagonist is described as the permanently-assigned pilot of Gundam Zero, and an orphan of war who lost his parents in an apocalypse attack.
Kenji Kamiyama is directing the Mobile Suit Gundam: RG XARX-ZERO anime at Sola Animation. Kamiyama is also writing the series scripts. The Ghost in the Shell and Godzilla Singular Point’s Toe Enjoe is collaborating on the project’s world building in a sci-fi setting.
Eiichi Shimizu is designing the Gundam units. Stato created the original character design, while Miyako Takasu is adapting them into the anime and serving as the chief animation director. Gō Shiina is composing the music, while Joseph Chou and Yasufumi Kobashi are producing.
