The upcoming romcom anime series “Marika’s Love Meter Malfunction” just released a new trailer. It was revealed that the anime will premiere on 5 April, 2026. The main cast and production staff of the series were also unveiled in the recent update.

The anime is based on Rin Komugi’s manga series of the same name which began publishing online in 2024. Published by Shueisha, this manga has an official English serialisation in MangaPlaza, which describes the plot as:
