The English dub of the anime film opens in theaters on 4 January.
Lupin the Third the Movie: The Immortal Bloodline came out on 27 June 2025, and was the first 2D anime movie of the franchise in almost 30 years. GKIDS recently released an English-dubbed trailer for the film which also revealed the dub cast.

Fans will be glad to know that the original dub cast of the anime is returning to reprise their roles in the film. The cast includes:

- Richard Epcar as Inspector Zenigata
- Bill Russell as Muom
- Ron Allen as Hawk

- Blythe Melin as Yael Okuzaki
The English-dubbed version of the movie will be released theatrically by GKIDS in the United States on 4-6 January. GKIDS describes the movie’s premise as:
After fending off a series of skilled assassins, gentleman thief Lupin III and his band of allies follow a strange invitation to an uncharted island. When their plane is shot down, the gang is stranded and soon hunted by the island's inhabitants, past enemies, and a monstrous immortal being known as Muom, who threatens to destroy Lupin's legacy. As a deadly toxic fog settles over them, Lupin must confront his greatest enemy in his most daring escapade yet.
Takeshi Koike directed the original Japanese movie at Telecom Animation Film. Yuya Takahashi wrote the scripts while James Shimoji composed the music. TMS Entertainment produced the film while TOHO NEXT distributed it. The movie earned JP¥ 130,569,700 (about US$909,500). The anime franchise is based on Monkey Punch’s media franchise which follows master thief Lupin III. He is the grandson of gentleman thief Arsène Lupin, a character created by French author Maurice Leblanc.
