The television anime adaptation of Kusunoki's Garden of Gods has unveiled its second promotional video, revealing a premiere date of 4 April, 2026.
The series will premiere on TV Asahi’s “NUMAnimation” programming block, before airing on BS Asahi on 6 April at 2AM JST (1AM SGT). The anime will broadcast across 24 channels nationwide. A special livestream program is scheduled for 14 March. It is unconfirmed whether the series will be globally streamed, but details may be revealed in the following weeks.

Miyu Irino performs the opening theme song “Odoroki no Ko,” marking his first anime theme song in his music career. The song was written and composed by Yuki Ozaki of the band Galileo Galilei.
Enju launched the story on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in April 2021, with serialisation on Kakuyomu beginning in December the same year. Kadokawa publishes the printed volume, illustrated by ox, since November 2021.
A manga adaptation by Akira Anzai began on Kadokawa’s ComicWalker website in November 2021.
Yen Press publishes the light novels in English, and describes the story as:
Deep in the countryside, Minato Kusunoki is left in charge of a terrifying house overflowing with evil spirits—or at least, it was full until his extraordinary ability cleared them all out!
