The main cast and staff of the anime has also been unveiled.
The upcoming Josei romcom anime Kirio Fanclub just released its first trailer. The series will air in 2026, although the exact release date remains unknown. The official website and social media accounts of the anime also revealed the main voice cast and production staff of the anime.

The main cast of the anime consists of:
- Aimi Miyoshi voiced by Nene Hieda (Nazuna Endō in Too Cute Crisis, Akari Minase in Kaiju No. 8)
- Nami Sometani voiced by Shion Wakayama (Momo in Dandadan, Shizuka Nanahoshi in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation)
- Ken Kirio voiced by Gakuto Kajiwara (Asta in Black Clover, Hitohito Tadano in Komi Can’t Communicate)
So Toyama is set to direct the anime at Satelight. Aya Satsuki is in charge of series composition while Nami Hayashi designs the characters.
The anime is adapted from Ponchan Chikyū No Osakana’s manga series of the same name. The story follows two girls named Aimi and Nami, who both like a boy named Kirio. While trying to prove who loves Kirio more, Nami and Aimi develop a beautiful friendship. Unfortunately, Kirio doesn’t even seem to know these two girls exist, or that they’re in love with him. But when push comes to shove, will Aimi and Nami pick their friendship or a shot at love?
