A brand new key visual has also been revealed.
The upcoming anime series “Killed Again, Mr. Detective?” (Mata Korosarete Shimatta no desu ne, Tantei-sama) has just unveiled more cast members in a new update alongside a key visual of the two main characters. The series is set to premiere in April 2026, although an exact release date has yet to be announced.

The four new voice actors who have joined the anime cast are:
- Katsuyuki Konishi as Kunta Manrogi
- Yoshino Aoyama as Yuriu Haigamine
- Rie Kugimiya as Shardina Infelicius
- Yuki Takada as Belka Zeppelin
Previously announced main cast members of the anime are:
- Rikuya Yasuda as Sakuya Otsuki
- Ikumi Hasegawa as Lilithea
Takashi Naoya directs the anime at studio LIDEN FILMS, with Mio Inoue handling series composition. Akiko Kumada is the character designer while Shuhei Mutsuki is the music composer.
The anime is based on the light novel series written by Teniwoha and illustrated by Riichu. It began publishing in August 2021 under Media Factory’s MF Bunko J imprint and has six volumes so far. A manga adaptation by Inaba was serialized from July 2022 to March 2024. Yen Press releases the manga in English and describes the story as:
Sakuya Outsuki is the son of a legendary detective, striving to follow in his father’s footsteps with the help of his assistant, Lilithea. This isn’t your average high-school sleuth, though-because he comes back to life every time he’s killed! Being a little too familiar with death and always awakening to Lilithea by his side, Sakuya’s happy to take on low-risk cases. Surely investigating a movie producer’s affair on a luxury cruise ship won’t pose any real threat! But when the duo ends up entangled in a larger and bloodier situation, Sakuya will have to get to the bottom of the mystery…and die trying!
