TOHO Animation revealed the comedy anime.
It was announced on 4 August by TOHO Animation that Kamome Maruyono’s “Dokagui Daisuki! Mochizuki-san” (I Love Dokagui! Mochizuki-san) manga is getting an anime adaptation. TOHO Animation revealed the anime after a one-hour long cooking video loop which streamed on the official YouTube Channel.

What is Dokagui Daisuki! Mochizuki-san about?
The manga began serialising in May 2024 in Hakusensha's Young Animal Zero magazine and Young Animal Web manga website. Hakusensha will publish the series’ fourth compiled book volume on 29 September, 2026.
In 2025, the manga was nominated for the 18th Manga Taishō Award, and was included in the top 20 list in Takarajimasha's Kono Manga ga Sugoi! (This Manga Is Amazing!) guidebook of 2026. In 2024, the series ranked at the 8th spot in the top 10 series in the Web Manga category of the Next Manga Awards. It was also the first winner of the Next Manga Awards' new “Nichirei Prize” in the same year.
