A brand new trailer for the upcoming season has been released at Jump Festa 2026.
The third season of Jujutsu Kaisen is easily one of the most anticipated anime projects of the coming year. It was announced previously that Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 will premiere on 8 January, 2026. At Jump Festa 2026, the anime unveiled a brand-new full-length trailer, as well as multiple voice actors who will be joining the upcoming season.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 new cast, staff, and other details
The new voice actors who are joining the anime’s cast are:
- Kinji Hakari voiced by Kazuya Nakai (Roronoa Zoro in One Piece, Akitaru Ōbi in Fire Force)
- Kirara Hoshi voiced by Yuki Sakakihara (Joel Gear in Dr. Stone, Neil Clay Maywood in Secrets of the Silent Witch)
- Hiromi Higuruma voiced by Tomokazu Sugita (Gintoki Sakata in Gintama, Gyomei Himejima in Demon Slayer)
- Fumihiko Takaba voiced by Satoshi Tsuruoka (Plasma in Devil May Cry, Tarmiel in The Seven Deadly Sins)
- Reggie Star voiced by Yutaka Aoyama (Ogasawara Sadamune in The Elusive Samurai, Narrator in Kaguya-sama: Love is War)
- Kogane voiced by Neeko (Lynn in Lazarus, Reborn in REBORN!)
The new full-length trailer previews the upcoming season’s opening theme song ‘AIZO’ performed by King Gnu.
Shota Goshozono directs Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 at MAPPA, with Hiroshi Seko writing the scripts. Yosuke Yajima and Hiromi Niwa handle character designs while Yoshimasa Teuri composes the music.
The series is based on Gege Akutami’s manga of the same name. The third season of the anime will adapt the manga’s Culling Game arc, with many new characters making their first appearances. Yuji Itadori will find himself amidst new friends and foes. Crunchyroll is streaming the first two seasons right now, and will stream the third season as it releases episodes weekly. Crunchyroll describes the show’s plot as:
Yuji Itadori is a boy with tremendous physical strength, though he lives a completely ordinary high school life. One day, to save a classmate who has been attacked by curses, he eats the finger of Ryomen Sukuna, taking the curse into his own soul. From then on, he shares one body with Ryomen Sukuna.
