Two new Yokai have also appeared in the latest chapter.
The latest chapter of the DANDADAN manga proved the readers right: the little girl who appeared at the end of the last chapter was indeed the infamous Yokai Hanako. She easily took down the three villains, and the only one who escapes her is Red Baron. Two other Yokai, Kamikure and Abura also appeared in the new chapter to save Kouki and Rin. It seems that both of them, as well as Hanako, appeared here at the request of Turbo Granny.

DANDADAN Chapter 225 recap
The issue begins with Hanako smiling menacingly at Red Baron, Va Kappa, and Jack Wisp. Va Kappa takes his water form and tries to suffocate her at Red Baron’s orders. But the powerful Hanako simply pulls a flush, which seems to flush the villain down the drain. With only a husk of his old body left behind, Va Kappa starts to ask Red Baron for some water. But what he gets is a kick from Hanako directly in the face.
Hanako then uses several urinals and sinks to beat up the three of them, and cuts off Jack Wisp’s hands by closing a toilet lid on them. After beating them, Hanako starts to sing and dance. Red Baron uses his smoke body to escape through a drain. Hanako then happily puts Jack Wisp and Va Kappa in urinals and flushes them out, likely killing them.
Someone then calls her name in a sing-song voice, and we see that two new Yokai have appeared in the room. One of them looks like a man with his backside stuck in a toilet bowl, while the other one looks like a massive owl with human legs and a straw-covered body. They are Kamikure and Abura, both famous Yokai from Japanese folktales. The birdlike Abura asks Hanako to play with him, but she says that she has tutoring today. Kamikure tells him not to anger Hanako and let her go.
They express their gratitude at her help as she almost never appears. We get to know that Turbo Granny is the one who asked Kamikure for help, who in turn asked Abura. The massive birdlike Yokai puts both Rin and Kouki inside his straw-back safely, and we see that they are both still unconscious. We then see the Red Baron, who barely escaped Hanako’s wrath. He still has the knives that they used to steal Rin and Kouki’s powers. He promises to never let the Red Baron name stay tarnished. He also vows to take his revenge on Enjoji/ Evil Eye.
DANDADAN Chapter 225 review
It was extremely satisfying to see Hanako-san wipe the floor with the three villains. After the way they were about to treat the two unconscious young girls, I can’t say that I feel bad about how their stories ended. Red Baron remains alive, but he seems to be a more important villain that Tatsu is saving for later. I can’t wait to see more of Turbo Granny, who has been absent from the story for a long time.
