The new trailer of the anime also unveiled new characters and theme songs.
The laid-back fantasy anime series “Farming Life in Another World” is coming back with its second season in April 2026. Although the exact release date hasn’t been announced yet, the new trailer of the series unveiled the opening and ending theme song details. Moreover, eight new characters have been introduced, who will make their appearance in the upcoming season.
Farming Life in Another World Season 2 new cast, staff, and other details

Season 2’s opening theme song, ‘It’s a beautiful story’, is being performed by Luu (CV: Shino Shimoji) and Tier (CV: Aya Suzaki). The ending theme song, ‘Sunny Steps’, is being performed by Yui Hizuki.
Ryoichi Kuraya is directing the anime at Zero-G, and also replacing Touko Machida as the script writer. Yoshiko Saitō is returning as the character designer and chief animation director. Yasuharu Takanashi and Johannes Nilsson will continue to compose the music for the series at Pony Canyon. Other staff members are:

The Farming Life in Another World anime is based on the popular Japanese light novel series written by Kinosuke Naito and illustrated by Yasumo. It began publishing in December 2016 in the user generated publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. Later, Enterbrain acquired the series in 2017, and has published 19 volumes of the books so far. A manga adaptation by Yasuyuki Tsurugi also began in 2017. One Peace Books publishes the manga in English and describes the story as:
