Mangaka Coco Uzuki confirmed the hiatus will likely run until November 2026.
Coco Uzuki and the Dessert editorial department have confirmed that the popular shojo manga “Fall in Love, You False Angels” is going on an extended hiatus. The series is expected to return on the 2027 January issue of Dessert, which is set for publication sometime in November 2026.
Why is “Fall in Love, You False Angels” going on break?
The full statement by Uzuki, through a machine translation, reads:
“To our readers who always read ”Fall in Love, You False Angels," thank you for your continued support. Due to health reasons and to adjust my workload, I will be taking a slightly longer break. I am truly sorry for the worry and inconvenience who have been looking forward to my work. I will be reviewing and adjusting everything so that I can bring you the daily lives of the fairy tale characters again in good health and return to normal. I would be grateful if you ccould wait for a little while longer. Thank you for your continued support."
Kodansha publishes the series in English in print, while KManga serialises it digitally. Kodansha describes the story as such:

“Fall in Love, You False Angels” anime adaptation still on track for 2027
While the manga goes on break, the anime adaptation for “Fall in Love, You False Angels” is still on track for production at MAPPA. The series is set to premiere sometime in 2027.
