In 2023, Yasuhiro Nightow’s manga Trigun received a reimagined anime adaptation by studio Orange, entitled TRIGUN STAMPEDE. It was previously announced that the final installment of the series, entitled TRIGUN STARGAZE will premiere on 10 January, 2026.
Crunchyroll revealed that ahead of the release, a free YouTube watch party will be hosted for TRIGUN STAMPEDE on 6 January, 2026, so all the fans can catch up on the story again before the new installment is out.
Crunchyroll’s TRIGUN STAMPEDE watch party details
According to the Crunchyroll press release, the watch party will begin streaming on Crunchyroll’s official YouTube account on 6 January, 2026 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. The stream will be available until 13 January, 2026 at 10 AM PT/ 1 PM ET. A public link counting down to the watch party will be revealed on Saturday, 3 January, 2026. The event will include all 12 episodes of the TRIGUN STAMPEDE series from 2023.
After the watch party, an exclusive interview with Trigun manga creator Yasuhiro Nightow will be released on Crunchyroll’s The Anime Effect Podcast. The creator will talk about the upcoming TRIGUN STARGAZE series as well as Trigun’s legacy.

TRIGUN STARGAZE is the second and final part of Orange’s reimagination of Nightow’s manga. The series is set to premiere on Crunchyroll on 10 January, 2026. Fans can catch up on the TRIGUN STAMPEDE series before the second part is released. The returning and new main cast members of TRIGUN STARGAZE include:

Masako Sato directs the TRIGUN STARGAZE anime at studio Orange. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu handles series composition, while Kouji Tajima continues to design the characters and create the concept art. It’s been two and a half years since the Lost JuLai tragedy laid waste to an entire city and engulfed the whole planet in chaos.
