A brand new key visual for the upcoming season has also been released.
The MF Bunko J's Fall School Festival 2025 took place on Sunday, and Kadokawa revealed that the 4th season of the popular anime "Classroom of the Elite" will air in April 2026. A brand new trailer for the upcoming season also revealed new cast details.
Classroom of the Elite Season 4 cast, staff, and other details
The new first-year students cast of the anime includes:
- Minako Satō as Tsubasa Nanase
- Hiroya Egashira as Kazuomi Hōsen
- Momoko Seto as Ichika Amasawa
- Shinnosuke Tokudome as Takuya Yagami
- Iori Saeki as Sakurako Tsubaki
- Shōgo Sakata as Riku Utsunomiya
The main cast from the previous seasons will also reprise their roles for Season 4::

Noriyuki Nomata is directing the fourth season of the anime at Lerche. Yasushi Shigenobu and Kyōto Katsuya write the scripts together with Shigenobu overseeing them. Maki Kōno designs the characters and Satoki Iida is the sound director. Masaru Yokoyama and Kana Hashiguchi are composing the music together. Other staff members include:

The fourth season of the Classroom of the Elite anime will cover the first semester of Year 2 of the protagonist Ayanokōji and his classmates. The anime is based on a light novel series written by Shōgo Kinugasa and illustrated by Shunsaku Tomose. A manga adaptation by Yuyu Ichino and later Shia Sasane has also been published.
Seven Seas releases the light novel series in English and describes Year 2 as:
As Ayanokouji and his classmates begin their second year at the Advanced Nurturing High School, they’re greeted by a fresh gauntlet of exams and a fresh batch of rather unique first-year students. They’ll have to get to know each other quickly, because the first special exam pairs the first-years with the second-years on a written test—with only the second-years facing expulsion if their team performs poorly!
