The new Armor Legends Samurai Troopers (Yoroi Shin Den Samurai Troopers) anime had previously announced its 6 January premiere date. In the latest update, five new voice cast members of the anime have been revealed. Moreover, a new trailer featuring the ending theme song of the series has also been released.
Armor Legends Samurai Troopers anime new cast, staff, and other details
Five new voice actors have joined the cast, as the remaining Ten Braves who serve the Emperor of the Demon realm Ramaga. These additions include:
- Kenichi Suzumura as Nezu
- Chiharu Sawashiro as Anayama
- Ryōta Takeuchi as Unno
- Daichi Endō as Kakei
- Toshiki Kumagai as Mochizuki
Previously announced members of the Ten Braves include:

- Takuma Terashima as Kamanosuke

The new trailer for the anime previews the ending theme song ‘POWER’ by ONE OR EIGHT. The opening theme song of the series is ‘YOAKE’ performed by rock band blank paper.
Yōichi Fujita is directing the anime at studio Sunrise. Shōgo Mutō is writing the scripts. Yuhei Murota designs the main characters, while Tsukasa Kotoboki designs the villains, Hideo Okamoto designs the original Yoroi Gears, and Takuya Suzuki designs the Yoroi Gears for anime. Shūji Katayama composes the music. The newly announced production staff members are:

The Armor Legends Samurai Troopers anime is a sequel of the original 1988 Sunrise anime Yoroiden Samurai Troopers, which was known in the US as Ronin Warriors. The new series takes place in present-day Shinjuku, Japan, where five young boys put on the legendary Yoroi Gear armours to fight the demon emperor and save humanity.
