The latest trailer for the upcoming romance anime “Always a Catch!” revealed the show’s 1 April, 2026 premiere. Moreover, the opening and ending theme songs of the anime were also featured in the preview video. Additional cast members for the anime have also been introduced.
Always a Catch! anime cast, staff, and other details
The new voice actors joining the cast are:

The anime is based on the Always a Catch!: How I Punched My Way into Marrying a Prince light novel series written by Mayo Momoyo and illustrated by Itsuki Mito. It began publishing in October 2020 on the user-generated website Shōsetsuka ni Narō as a short-story. A sequel began in December of the same year. Square Enix later acquired it and began publishing it as a novel under their SQEX Novel imprint in August 2021. A manga adaptation by Kaki Nagaato has also been serialised in Square Enix’s Manga Up! manga service since April 2022. Square Enix publishes the series in English and describes the story as:
Maria, the daughter of a duke, grew up believing she would one day inherit her father's dukedom. Accordingly, she focused her attention on honing her martial arts prowess, while thoughts of marriage fell by the wayside. But the arrival of a baby brother in her family means she's losing her role as heir! Now that she's decided it's time to marry after all, she's arrived a little late to the game!
